This Early User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your participation in Anthoam’s Grand Opening as a Founding Community. It supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where this Agreement conflicts with the Terms of Service on the specific points below, this Agreement controls for Founding Communities.
The first 100 communities to add a payment method on file during the Grand Opening window join as “Founding Communities.” Founding status is claimed when a valid card is successfully placed on file, not when an account is created. Once all 100 spots are claimed, later signups are charged at the standard price with no free trial.
Founding Communities receive a flat 90-day free trial. We collect a payment method at signup to verify it and to enable automatic conversion, but your card is not charged during the trial — $0 is due today. You get full access to the platform for the entire trial.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts automatically at the end of the 90 days and your payment method is charged for the term you selected (see Section 4). We will send reminder emails approximately 14 days, 3 days, and 1 day before the first charge. Each reminder includes a one-click cancellation link.
You may choose a 6-month or 12-month billing term at any time during the trial from Settings › Billing. Your selected term determines the price charged at conversion. If you do not change it, the term you picked at signup applies.
Your signup price is protected for 12 months from the date you become a Founding Community. If standard pricing rises during that window, your rate does not change for those 12 months. After the protection window, standard pricing then in effect applies at your next renewal.
You can cancel at any time during the trial from Settings › Billing or via the link in any reminder email. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. After cancellation, your data and uploaded files are retained for 90 days — so you can reactivate or export — and are then permanently deleted.
Founding Communities receive the same product as paid customers. As an early-access participant, you may encounter features that are still being refined, and we may contact you for feedback. The service is provided on an as-is basis as described in our Terms of Service.
By checking the acceptance box at signup, you agree to this Agreement as it exists at that time (Version 2026-06-15). We record the version and the date you accepted. If we materially change this Agreement, we may ask you to accept the new version.
