This Early User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your participation in Anthoam as a Cornerstone Community. It supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where this Agreement conflicts with the Terms of Service on the specific points below, this Agreement controls for Cornerstone Communities.
Enrollment is open to new communities during the enrollment window, with no numeric limit. New communities that enroll during that window join as “Cornerstone Communities.” Cornerstone status is claimed when your community starts using its Anthoam workspace, not when an account is created. After the enrollment window closes, later signups pay standard pricing with no free year.
Cornerstone Communities receive a full one-year (365-day) free trial — no card required to start, and $0 is due today. In exchange, your community agrees to the contributor commitments: (a) join a live check-in call with the Anthoam team roughly once per quarter, (b) complete a short monthly feedback survey, and (c) share recommendations and feedback through Ask Anthoam as you use the product. These commitments are made in good faith — missing one call or survey does not terminate your status, but a community that stops participating altogether may be moved to standard pricing at its next renewal after written notice.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts automatically at the end of the one-year free trial and your payment method is charged for the term you selected (see Section 4). We will send reminder emails approximately 14 days, 3 days, and 1 day before the first charge. Each reminder includes a one-click cancellation link.
You may choose a 6-month or 12-month billing term at any time during the trial from Settings › Billing. Your selected term determines the price charged at conversion. If you do not change it, the term you picked at signup applies.
After your free year ends, standard pricing applies: $39.99/month plus $1.00/door/month, before any billing-term discount. If standard pricing changes, your rate will not increase for at least one full year after your free year ends, and we will give you written notice before any change takes effect.
You can cancel at any time during the trial from Settings › Billing or via the link in any reminder email. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. After cancellation, your data and uploaded files are retained for 90 days — so you can reactivate or export — and are then permanently deleted.
Cornerstone Communities receive the same product as paid customers. As an early-access participant, you may encounter features that are still being refined, and we may contact you for feedback. The service is provided on an as-is basis as described in our Terms of Service.
By checking the acceptance box at signup, you agree to this Agreement as it exists at that time (Version 2026-07-31). We record the version and the date you accepted. If we materially change this Agreement, we may ask you to accept the new version.
