About
Anthoam is a self-serve management platform for small, self-managed HOAs. It was born on a volunteer board — a 45-year-old condominium community where records had thinned with every board turnover, formal processes were never put in place, and dues stayed flat for nearly 20 years, leaving reserves far too low for mounting deferred maintenance and aging building systems. A management company wasn't affordable. Doing everything by hand wasn't sustainable. Anthoam brings every HOA process into one affordable app — payments, work orders, governance, and the books — and helps boards inventory their building assets and build a reserve fund grounded in reality.

Purpose
Communities are strongest when the people who live in them stay in control. But most self-managed HOAs are too small for a management company and too complex for spreadsheets, so the weight falls on volunteers — carrying the books, the legal exposure, and the daily work on top of their own lives. We exist to lift that weight, so self-governance stays practical and these communities don't just survive — they last.
