Anthoam was born on a volunteer board, where keeping a community running — the payments, the records, the maintenance, the books — fell to neighbors doing it on top of their own lives. A management company wasn't affordable. Doing everything by hand wasn't sustainable. So we built the tool we needed: one affordable app that gives a volunteer board everything a management company offers, from dues and work orders to governance and reserves.
